Human Design describes a “bodygraph” with type, defined and open centers, channels and gates based on your birth data. It is a modern synthesis system that makes energy and decision-making patterns visible.
Astrakey calculates two moments: your birth (personality) and a point around 88 degrees of sunshine before (design). This results in type, inner authority, open/defined centers and activations - exactly from the ephemerides, not estimated.
This system primarily uses the date of birth, place of birth and, depending on the level of detail, the time of birth. Astrakey indicates which statements remain stable without an exact time and which should be read more carefully.
What is important is the separation between calculation and interpretation: structured signals first emerge from the input. Only then are they compared with other systems and translated into understandable reflective language.
